Domestic Retail Shipping and Handling is based on Order Total. Your In-Stock order will ship within 1 - 2 business days and orders will be delivered in approximately 5 – 10 business days.

International Retail Shipping and Handling Charges are based on Order Totals and will be delivered in approximately 7 – 14 business days. We will contact you with shipping quotes on International Retail orders over $2,000.

Shipping and Handling Charges for International shipments to Canada and Mexico may be adjusted to actual freight cost at the time of invoicing.

We send email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders. Smaller and lightweight items may ship USPS. Please provide a valid e-mail address during ordering process.

International Retail orders do not include Customs, Duty and VAT fees that you may be charged. These amounts may be substantial and are you the Buyer’s responsibility. Any refused orders based on customs and duty fees will not be refunded.

Return of Merchandise numbers will be used and the returned merchandise must reach Big Bike Parts® within thirty (30) days after the original ship date to the buyer. Big Bike Parts® will not accept the return of or issue refund for any merchandise more than thirty (30) days after the original ship date to the buyer. Closeout items are non-returnable.

Big Bike Parts® will only accept the return of merchandise with RMA numbers (return authorization merchandise) provided that it is returned in new, unused, uninstalled and resalable condition, it is returned in its original packaging and that all of its parts, components and accessories are included.

You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and returning your order back to Big Bike Parts®.

Big Bike Parts® will not accept any shipment of return merchandise that is consumer damaged, not in its original condition, which is not returned in its original packaging or that does not have all of its parts, components and accessories included. Such merchandise will be returned to the buyer without credit.

Big Bike Parts® will issue any return of merchandise refunds based on the order amount less shipping and handling charges.

Big Bike Parts® will notify the Buyer once the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Any refund due to the Buyer will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise returned, in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the merchandise.
