RETURN POLICY

 

A return of Merchandise (RMA) number must be obtained from BBP Customer Service for all returned merchandise and the returned merchandise must reach Big Bike Parts within thirty (30) days of the issued RMA number. Closeout items are non-returnable.

 

Big Bike Parts 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee is to accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the purchase of product and can be returned provided that it is returned in new, unused, uninstalled and resalable condition, it is returned in its original packaging and that all of its parts, components and accessories are included. 

 

Unless it’s our error or a product warranty you are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and returning your order back to Big Bike Parts.

 

Big Bike Parts will issue any return of merchandise refunds to the original payment form for the product amount less shipping and handling charges. These refunds due to the Buyer will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise returned.
